The IP Motion Sensor uses passive infrared to detect the presence of movement. It is specifically designed for easy plug-and-play use with sensorProbe and securityProbe series of controllers (sold separately). The sensor can be placed up to 1,000 feet from the controller using standard CAT5 cable (5 ft cable included).

The unique design of the IP Motion Sensor makes it able to be mounted on the wall or ceiling. It is available in a small easy-to-install package. To prevent false alarm, this motion detector characterizes the optimum detection angle. To add versatility, up to 10 motion detectors can be linked together and plugged into a single sensor port.
