***TO USE THE SMALLER EAR PAD, YOU HAVE TO UNSCREW THE EAR PLATE ON THE HEADSET NOW, WHICH IT IS SHIPPED WITH THE LARGER OVER SIZED EAR PADS ON THE HEADSET. ONCE YOU UNSCREW THE EAR PLATE OFF THE HEADSET, THE SMALLER LEATHERETTE EAR PAD GOES OVER THE EAR PLATE THAT IS ON THE HEADSET. THERE IS TWO DIFFERENT SIZE EAR PLATES AND EAR PADS THAT COME WITH THE HEADSET, FOR USER PREFERENCE.
